Upcoming Event! Sunday 11th July, 10 - 1pm.

HALO Whakatane is partnering up with Coast Care, Pest Free Ohope Spit Care Group, and the Shorebird Volunteers to clear invasive lupins from the Ohope Spit. Coast Care have ~400 plants to be planted first, and then we will move on to clearing a new track through the lupin to be used for pest management.

We would love to see you there!

Please bring: loppers, gardening gloves, water, hats, long pants.
